Lewis Hamilton: No kids for now

Lewis Hamilton doesn’t want kids with Nicole Scherzinger until he has time to “enjoy” them.

The pair have been dating on and off since 2007 and it’s been rumoured the tumultuous nature of their relationship is down to long distance and the Formula One star’s reluctance to settle down.

Warrant issued for AC/DC's Phil Rudd

Troubled AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd had a warrant for his arrest issued this morning after he failed to arrive on time for court.

Justice Timothy Brewer of the High Court in Tauranga issued the warrant at 9am but gave Rudd 30 minutes grace to arrive. The AC/DC drummer turned up a few minutes later.

Rudd is facing the New Zealand court today on the charge of threatening to kill a man as well as two minor drug possession charges of methamphetamine and cannabis.

Eminem debuts new Sia song – @Eminem

Eminem has just released a brand new song ‘Guts Over Fear’ recorded with Sia.

The track is from the new Eminem mix album ‘Shady XV’ marking 15 years of his Shady Records label.

Eminem also has an ice-cream named in his honor. Mikey Likes It Ice Cream in New York’s East End is now selling the Eminem ice-cream made a recipe of from Detroit ingredients Michigan cherries, Sanders hot fudge and Vernors ginger ale.

Joni Mitchell blocks Taylor Swift playing her in new film

Joni Mitchell has put a halt to Taylor Swift playing her in her upcoming biopic. Mitchell does not want Swift to play Mitchell.

Swift has admitted for having an affection for Mitchell’s music but Joni doesn’t return the feelings. When word broke earlier this year that Swift was up for the role of Mitchell in the adaptation of the book Girls Like Us, Mitchell quickly quashed the entire project.

The book looks at music through the careers of Mitchell, Carole King and Carly Simon and plans were to bring it to the big screen. Continue →

Grande: I love you Bette!

Ariana Grande has responded to Bette Midler’s recent criticism of her.

The legendary songstress told British newspaper The Telegraph that younger singers like Ariana look ‘so ridiculous’ when they are ‘slithering around on a couch’. She also said the 21-year-old had a ‘silly high voice’ but the Problem singer seems to be taking the comments in her stride.

‘Bette was always a feminist who stood for women being able to do whatever the F they wanted without judgement! not sure where that Bette went but i want that sexy mermaid back!!![sic]’ she wrote on Twitter alongside a photo of the Beaches star striking a pose in a revealing mermaid outfit. Cannon: Mariah's just a friend

Nick Cannon will be ‘friends for life’ with Mariah Carey.

The American TV presenter confirmed his separation from the We Belong Together singer in August after six years of marriage. But while rumours have since arisen that the pair are still ‘friends with benefits’, Nick has gone on record to say it’s simply not the case.

‘We are friends but we will be friends for life,’ he told BBC Radio 1Xtra host Charlie Sloth during an appearance on his show.

Jordin Sparks’ latest album will feature a track blasting her ex, Jason Derulo.

It was revealed in September that the American Idol winner’s engagement to the 25-year-old had come to an end. While Jordin has remained relatively tight lipped in interviews about the split, it seems she has unleashed her feelings on a track called How About Now (Remix), which will appear on her upcoming mixtape #ByeFelicia.

Produced and written by Seasick Steve and recorded in his front room at the little farm where he lives, it’s his seventh studio record and most ambitious work yet. Along with longtime drummer Dan Magnusson, the album also features Luther Dickinson (Mississippi All Stars) playing slide guitar on two tracks, Georgina Leach on fiddle and Ben Miller playing jaw harp on lead track ‘Summertime Boy’, a song celebrating the life and sunshine of California.

Multi-platinum selling band Fall Out Boy have announced that their highly-anticipated sixth studio album will be titled American Beauty/American Pyscho and released on January 19, 2015.

The title track will be available digitally worldwide on December 8th.
